The other night, the Grammy's came on television and I wanted the perfect crunchy snack to munch on as I criticized and praised my favorite and worst dressed celebrities. Normally, I would stuff a bowl full of potato chips because I love chips. I love the flavor, the crunchiness, and the saltiness that a good chip has but we all know, chips are fried with fatty oils and packed full of preservatives that our bodies don't benefit from. This night, I had a can of chickpeas in my cabinet and decided to bake them into crunchy, flavorful goodness. I was so pleased with the recipe that I had to share it with you!

I don’t know about you but I feel like there is no better breakfast on a cold snowy morning than a bowl of steamy, fruity oatmeal. I’ve been obsessed with Quaker Oats Fruit and Cream oatmeal for years but one packet (the recommended serving size) doesn’t come close to filling me up. This morning I woke up early for a workout and afterwards, I was starving for a meal that would fill my belly.. I really wanted oatmeal so I figured I would take a stab at making my own healthy version of my Fruit and Cream favorite and the result was phenomenal!
This weekend, I had the complete honor of receiving a complementary bag of Way Better Snacks Sweet Chili Corn Tortilla Chips. At first glance, I was a bit skeptical because it's not everyday you come across healthy looking snacks that makes you want to give up other chips.
