The word “diet” can be a bit frightening but with determination and a great plan, it’s not that scary. The biggest reason why “diets” always frightened me is because diets usually equate to drastic restrictions. Whether it’s restricting carbs, sugars or fats; there is always a “catch” in order to see the results promised. I’ve done diets that made me feel like I was punishing myself more than helping. After I married my husband, I vowed that I would never allow myself to feel the way that I did while preparing for our wedding day. His clients were facing the challenge of nighttime hunger and he states that these obstacles were “challenges that were difficult to overcome, challenges I understood because I had personally dealt with them. Someone who gets it and makes me feel human for feeling the way that I have. I’m looking forward to digging more into this book. What inspired you to write the book?
