Don’t you hate wrecking your brain thinking of what foods to add to your grocery list? If you’re anything like me, my grocery shopping day consists of visiting multiple markets due to the different quality and prices of foods or products offered in each store. For example, I love getting my veggies, eggs, and meats from the farmers market. I get my cereal and toiletries from Walmart. Finally, I get frozen goods and snacks from Whole Foods. As you can see, one shopping trip will end up consuming half of my day! To make matters worse, half the time I don’t know what I want to buy so I end up purchasing more than I need (talk about a waste of money). Good news! I've found a solution. Creating my grocery list has always been a dreaded event but I realized how I can make it better; meal prepping! Yes, the words that you hear normally associated with weight loss has now become my headache relief for grocery shopping. By planning what I’m going to eat for the next week or two before I head out to the market cuts time, cost, AND calories – who doesn’t want that? Below is my super helpful grocery list that helps me stay on task while food shopping. I use it to remind me of what I need to purchase, why I need to purchase it, and where I need to purchase it. This has been a time saver! Print out the document below and see how grocery shopping doesn’t have to be a pain in the butt! Grocery List For A BOSS:![]()

I will be implementing this immediately. I usually freestyle when I go to the market.
